Registration is not complete until:

1. Form below is completely filled out and submitted (by hitting “Submit” button). You will receive a message “Your Pickleball Registration form was submitted successfully.”
2. Next, you will be directed to PayPal to complete the registration fee.
3. You will get 2 separate email confirmations.
   1. from “Registrar – Oahu Pickleball Association”, containing your inputted registration information.
   2. from PayPal, containing your payment verification.
4. ENROLLMENT is confirmed 3-5 days from the start of class as we accept more registrations than available spaces to provide ample opportunity for players to get into our classes.
