ALL PUBLIC PICKLEBALL COURTS OPEN Thursday, September 24 through October 31 per City and County of Honolulu Mayor Kirk Caldwell’s Emergency Order 2020-27, http://www.honolulu.gov/rep/site/may/may_docs/Emergency_Order_No._2020-27_certified_-_signed.pdf, City and County of Honolulu Parks & Recreation website, http://www.honolulu.gov/cms-dpr-menu/site-dpr-sitearticles/25187-1111-park-closures-updates-1111.html and City & County of Honolulu Reopening Strategy.
Face coverings as stated in Order 5, item C are not required if individuals engaging in physical activity outdoors where proper physical
distancing of at least six (6) feet is maintainable and maintained (e.g., walking, jogging, hiking, etc.).
Outdoor sports, for which a permit is not required is LIMITED to five (5) persons or less playing together. In other words, no more than 5 players regardless of household per court, NO mixing between groups.
